Dear Silvercreek Family,
Life in our nation, our state, our city, and our Silvercreek community is very different than it was a few months ago. As I am sure you have all heard by now, the governor has released guidance on permitting long-term care facilities to provide limited visitation while keeping residents safe from COVID-19.
The executive staff at Silvercreek is currently studying this guidance to determine how we can best execute limited visitation and when the best time to begin this would be.
No decision as to when OUR community will begin allowing limited visitation has been made at this time.
We want to continue to observe extreme caution, and will let you know when we will be open to visitation and the rules that must be followed in order to do so safely.
The number of patients with COVID-19 has spiked recently.
Therefore, we feel that it is prudent to wait, make careful considerations, develop a plan, and then begin allowing visitation. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this very delicate and important process.
